Unfortunately no.
After I put the string C:\Windows\System32\restore\rstrui.exe I get the
message
System Restore:
"System Restore is not able to protect your computer.Please restart your
 computer ,and then run System Restore again"
Even though I rebooted I keep getting the same message again.
So there is no progress.
