<<You have a very funny idea of what 'legal' is then. I don't need to give

OK Thanks.
Do you really think MS would put up with this if you were so correct.
Google a fence for pirated software.
Every piece of OEM software I purchased come with Hologram disk, COA & a
piece of hardware and every upgrade copy I purchased came in the box and
wrapped in plastic, just like they got down here at Sam's Club.
I can go down here to the local puter shop and buy a wrapped copy of OEM
software as long as I buy a piece of hardware too.

Well if you do then it shouldn't be hard to supply some info. on MS's legal
action against Google for supply a place for 250 out of 275 copies of
illegal software to be sold.

I don't need to give you a link - of the 275 Buy It Now Windows XP auctions on eBay.co.uk only 20 can be defined as 100% legal - and by that I mean retail boxed full licences or upgrades. Search for yourself. Not legal: - 1) Generic OEM being sold without an item of *NON* peripheral hardware 2) Branded OEM being sold without the original system. 3) Volume/Open licence - it is illegal to sell these as they do not come with a licence key 4) Those sold without a COA - may fall into the same category as 3). I do my homework - I know what's legal and what isn't. By the way, an OEM licence comes with a holographic disc and a COA *BUT* unless it is supplied with an item of *NON* peripheral hardware - IT IS NOT LEGAL!! If it was originally sold with a system, and the system isn't included - IT IS NOT LEGAL!! All licences that fit in the categories listed above may not be offered for sale on eBay. -- Facon - the artificial bacon bits you get in Pizza Hut for sprinkling on salads.
