Hi
I think your problem may stem from Windows ME. Unfortunately upgrading
doesn't right the problems from a previous version of Windows. Did you try
posting your ME problems in one of ME News Groups - such as
windowsme.general? I think your best bet is to go back to ME, sort those
problems out first and then upgrade to XP.
