 That information is available inside Device Manager under the
Video and Sound categories. This however, may not be correct
if the wrong drivers are installed.
 Best to download a Hardware/Software inventory tool.
Everest Home Edition will do what you are seeking, download:

Click the first green download button and choose Run, instead of
Save when the download option box appears. The installer will
start and should offer to run the program at the conclusion.
