You are NOT wrong, and just one of the reasons the English language is so
difficult to master for the non-English and English speaking alike.
So many words are spelled the same and pronounced the same but don't mean
the same.
BTW perfect grammar in newsgroups help considerably when troubleshooting a
problem, but to nitpick a reply or post that is perfectly understood is
insulting and not productive to the spirit of peer support newsgroups.
