Hi Edmondo,

See if this helps:

I have previously deleted the Default User profile and was not able to create
New User accounts properly. After reading through the Newsgroup, I have now
recreated a new user account called Default User (refer Article ID 319974 -
How to create a Custom User profile). I copied "My" profile to the Default
User Profile and make some further refinement to it. I then created 2 New
User accounts and copied the Default User profile to these 2 accounts.
The problem is that these 2 New Users have "My Name" in their their Document
folders instead of their names. How do I change the Default User Profile
template so that futher New User accounts I create will reflect their proper
names in their Document folders.
