Verify if multi-language pack is installed

Hi:

I did install the multi-language pack for SP (prior update to SP2).

As far as I remember, XP's multi-language pack would also provide the same
functions to Office installed.

But I now suspect that the multi-language pack may not function well.

In any case, is there a way that I can check Windows if the multi-language
pack has been installed and running well?
