Start - Run the line
control userpasswords2
Uncheck 'Users must give a username, click Apply, enter the name and
password to be assumed.
You *should* get the same effect in TweakUI's Logon - Autologon. And
make sure in its Logon that 'how needed name on Welcome screen' is
checked.
