Reinstall Licensed XP from different CD

here is the letter of the law a retail xp cd can only be
activated on one computer at a time unless an additional
license is purchased so absolutely it will screw up your
activated machine.

no he cannot activate an oem cdkey with a retail cd
installation you cannot mix and match license key types
and cds of different types the type of license must match
the type of cd.
