"read-into" posts is often necessary since the posters often leave out
essential information but still give enough for an educated guess.
In these cases more information is sometimes requested while the responder
makes the best guess.
Often the guess is correct.
If people did not read into a post, a large % of questions would never get
an answer simply because the poster does not know exactly what is going on.

If those terms are not satisfactory to anyone, this is not a good place to
post.
They may need to take their computer to a qualified tech.
