Thanks for your help. Like I said, this was a year ago when I didn't know
what I was doing. I was just saying that Microsoft Support should have held
out a little longer, especially right after SP2 was released. It was a little
surprising to me because for a $300 piece of hardware, I would expect support
for the life of that software. I also think Bill has enough money to make
this happen.
