Hi Lauren,
Don't let the impatience or rudeness from some stop you from searching for
answers. Google is a valuable tool but I guess we aren't all the experts we
want to be. Keep searching for answers and remember to put on the 'thick
skin suit' before hitting the public boards. :-)
Placing a link to Google on your desktop is not a bad idea either.
