No DOS, No Fdisk, No FAT.

Within XP and other 32 bit OS's there is a Command Console.
It looks like DOS because DOS also has a command console (and that's all it
ever had.)
But there is as much DOS in XP as there is DOS in VMS , MACH,
BDS(Apple-Darwin), UNIX or LINUX.

Piper cubs and Jets both have wings. ;)
