Start from scratch :P
J/K, easiest thing to do is fix the MBR, the previous posters link will
work just perfectly for you.
Then boot into windows
Control Panel -> Administration Tools -> Computer Management -> Hard
drive
Now it should display all the drives in your PC, and how it is
partitioned, click on the Linux partition, then hit format in one of
the menu's up top, and reformat it as NTFS. Give it a drive letter, and
you are set :)
