PLEASE PLEASE HELP!!

I recently finished building my own PC for the first time. After I completed
installing Windows and some of the drivers for some of the hardware, during a
restart, Windows would no longer boot up and continued to restart over and
over. So I formatted and reinstalled, getting the same result. I have done
this now four times, is there something I can do to prevent this??!!! Please
help.
