Your Home has been put up to SP2 - to upgrade that to Pro you need a Pro
with SP2 CD - these are coming through retail channels now, boxes marked
as such; or you can make one by 'slipstreaming' an earlier version with
the complete (266 MB) SP2

Or else bite the bullet and start clean, which means booting the CD and
in the setup *deleting* the present partition to make a new one. Use
the CD drive for boot that the BIOS tells you it will use.
