xp pro and networking computers

I have a small network of 3 computers, two can share files and printer but
the 3rd one I'm having some problems. I have 1 user (with administrator
rights)and an administrator account on the 3rd computer, from the
administrator account I can connect to the other computers, but I cannot
connect from the other user account to any other computer on the network, I
get an error message cannot connect ... see the administrator. Does any one
knows of a fix? Thanks in advance
