Hi Folks,

Cant seem to find much help on the above file except it is to do with
indexing and is similar, if not the same
as CISVC.EXE although I see both running on my machine!!

I can go into Administration Tools/Services and disable CISVC.exe but this
does nothing for CISVE.exe and wondered
what is causing it? as it is maxing out my CPU everytime I reboot my machine
and have to resort to killing the process
manually.

I have a new Maxtor One Touch external USB2 harddrive, thinking this was the
problem, but I have switched it off and still CISVE.exe kicks in.......could
this be software related? and I need to find what application is causing
this?

Any suggestions welcomed.

please email -minus the XXX's at xxxmcdon18@blueyonder.co.ukxxxx as I dont
always monitor this group.
