it depends more on your hardware
you need more than a GB or drive space, al least 256MB of ram and a
pentium III or higher, that's for a minimum
don't upgrade your system if its more than 1 component, e.g. add memory
or a hard drive. I just speced out a basic box, no screen, with cdrw,
80GB barracuda, only 600 cdn, cheap these days
