How can I test my RAM?

My PC reboots for no apparent reason.
I've traced the probelm down to be a problem with the RAM.
I have 2 512MB modules.
I've tested each of them on their own with the PC and they both work fine.

Are there any tests I can do with both modules intogether?

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
