It does more than just beef up the firewall (which, let's face it, wasn't
worth using in SP1). It contains plenty of system patches designed to
improve not only security but program stability system-wide, and contains a
few new features including "Data Execution Prevention", which can help
contain how viruses spread within a system. Upgrading is definitely worth
your while.
