Hi Lorne,
And this is a WnXP system? If so, then of course those files are missing, as
they are for a Win9x system. What you would need to do is locate where the
veritas software is loading from, MVP Doug Knox's startup tracker may be
able to do this for you. You will find it under WinXP Utilities at
www.dougknox.com. Once you know where it is loading from, you should be able
to remove the reference.
