He can do this for the same reason you insist that it is perfectly
fine to post Binaries in this group. Apparently anybody can do
anything they want in any newsgroup, regardless of charters, TOS
agreements and general netiquette - at least, according to you.
Where does it state that english is the official and only recognized
language of this group?
