Use system restore or other backup software, go back to the point where
Internet explorer was A -OK, otherwise, have to isolate the exact error
message and then use knowledge base for the restoration or a complete
reinstall. Dumping system files and then reinstalling SP2 is an option too

    ... If the problem just started try a System Restore back to a point when Movie ... You could also try uninstalling and reinstalling SP2 which will reinstall ...
