Hi Eric,
It's a new problem. I've had the software installed for quite a long time.
There never was an icon in the system tray. I would connect the camera to a
USB port, switch the camera on and the pc would work its magic and offer me
various options - downloading the images for example.
When I switch the camera on now the software doesn't run. The only response
I get is the dull chime-like sound effect whcih one always gets when
something is newly connected to a USB port.
