Error - Explorer! pop-up

I've been working on a Dell laptop Inspiron w/ Xp. Did a bunch of system
maintenance plus TrendMicro's Sysclean, Symantec AV, AdAware, Spybot,
CWShredder. The only thing left to get rid of is this pop-up that appears
occasionally. It is labeled Error and just says Explorer! I just X it out,
but sometimes it seems nothing moves until you X it out. How to get rid of
this permanently??? Please help!
