Remote Assistance: Unable to Resolve Hostname

OK....pre SP2 all was great.

Here is the scenario: My Dad and I use MSN to chat and use Remote
Assistance. He can connect to my computer through RA but I can NEVER get to
his. I always get the "Could not resolve hostname" error. He is on Cox
cable modem I have tried from Verizon DSL and Adelphia cable modem.

I have disabled ALL firewalls (Zone Alarm, XP) on both sides, I have
verified the IP address is correct within an email invitation, I have also
verified that RA and RD are enabled on his machine. I can ping his computer
no problem.

I am out of ideas and VERY frustrated. Please help.
