I apologize for the frustration and confusion I must be causing you. Perhaps
I wasn't clear enough in my descriptions of the problems I'm encountering
with my computer. My husband did only upgrade, but as a result a few items
were missing and are as follows. 3 folders within my main folder with I kept
all my saved items. There were originally about 12 but only 3 are actually
missing. I also lost my favorites that were saved, email addresses and
various emails that are needed. These things are items I cannot replace
because I did not develope them into photos yet. Maybe my use of "files"
instead of "folders" was wrong. I hope this makes much more sense to you, but
if not I am sorry to have wasted your time. I just really would hate to not
have that many pieces of my work missing.

sincerely,
deez
