HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

hi i used spyhunter to do a scan on my computer, the results said i had
potential trouble in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE. id like to know how to enter this
part of my computer, HELP

any help would be fantastic, thanks in advance
