Just as I thought S Sengupta. I wasn't able to access any ms-its://
protocols in Help and Support in Windows XP
SP1. My Windows XP CD-ROM came with SP1 integrated in and these types of
links NEVER worked. But
as I was trying to fix this issue and nothing worked I started to thinking
it was this:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?kbid=811630
issue that arose from patches put out by Microsoft for Internet Explorer.
And sure enough I applied that patch
for Windows XP SP1 Professional and they now work. Again thanks.
