I understand that you are upset, but there is no way someone reading
your post is going to be able to walk you through the necessary
troubleshooting based on what you wrote. It sounds like your computer
may have been infested with malware and you just made things worse by
doing whatever it was you did. Or possibly the hardware has failed.
There's just no way to tell from the information provided.

Either post back with a clear and concise description of the computer,
what exactly you did and what exactly is happening now, or make it easy
on yourself and take the machine to a good local computer repair shop
(not a BestBuy or CompUSA type of store) and have them fix it.
