XP does not care if it is uppercase, lowercase or mixed. They will be saved
however they were originally.

Rename the file(s). Change the jpg extension to JPG.

To change the name of a file
Right click the file or folder you want to rename.
Click on Rename.
Rename the file somefile.JPG.

You can rename *all* the files in a folder.

ren *.jpg *.JPG

It works, I tried it. You may have to hit F5 to Refresh the folder.
