Lost network connections

Hi

I have a problems with network connections in Windows
XP. On many windows xp computer, especially laptop,
users alwats lost their connections that they have
created, like vpn or dial-up connections. Those
connections seems to disapears and users have to recreate
these connections.

This problems only happen on Windows XP. What can I do
to avoid that ?
