screensaver has options

right click desktop and then properties. Go to screensaver and beneath
the pic of a monitor you'll see a long box with two smaller buttons
(setting and preview) click the little arrow at the end of the box and
you'll see the choices, which should include 'my pictures slideshow'
etc etc. Click on my pictures, then on settings. click 'use pictures
in this folder' Choose the folder in which you placed the pic. If it's
on its own in the folder it should be the only one used.

There are probably easier ways of doing it though :O)
