Hi DR,
You have to disable simple file sharing in XP Pro in order to view those
features. Open My Computer, go to Tools>Folder Options>View tab. Scroll down
to locate "Use simple file sharing (Recommended)" and click in the checkbox
to clear the checkmark, then click on Apply then OK. Now, right-click on a
file/folder, select Properties>Security tab.
