Hi John:
Thanks for the additional info.
But setting aside the network capability of Ghost 9, what practical
advantage does that version have over Ghost 2003 in terms of restoring a
hard drive through the cloning process? I use a Ghost 2003 bootable floppy
to perform a disk-to-disk clone. Should the original source disk need
restoration (assuming it's not physically/electronically defective, of
course) I simply clone back the previously cloned disk to the original
source disk using again, of course, the Ghost 2003 bootable floppy disk.
It's simple and effective. I use Ghost nearly exclusively to perform
disk-to-disk clones for backup purposes on standalone machines. Given that
specific objective, do you see any advantage in using Ghost 9 in lieu of
Ghost 2003? Thanks for your comments.
