Norton Ghost 9 users... clone/cpy from rescue env

I'm having trouble figuring out how to clone/copy one drive to another
when in the rescue mode (Booted from Ghost 9 cd.

I see ways to recover from a stored backup, but no way to create a
backup and no way to copy on drive over another.

Symantec Publicity says you can do both...or at least I was left with
that impression. Can both of those jobs be done from recue mode?
