First of all, the Master Boot record remained on the old drive and no new
Master Boot record was ever placed on the new drive because the installation
program assumed you will continue to use the old drive. You could fix this
by running "repair" console from the install CD and type FIXMBR from there.
But this will still leave one problem...your new drive is now using
something other than "C" as the default drive. If this does not bother you
then that is ok. Otherwise, re-install the windows but this time do it with
the new drive only and no other drive should be attached.
