Re: SP-2 update destroys HD

SP2 doesn't install automatically. User has to accept the EULA before the
install will commence, Jeff.

I suggest she re-renable Automatic Updates and then customize it to suit her
needs and wishes:

    [option] Download updates for me but let me decide when to install them

    [option] Notify me but don't automatically download or install updates

Sorry 'bout that "hard way" stuff.
