Dude. You have spyware/adware.

This is like a virus, only they are legal because somewhere
in the process of catching it, you clicked on yes to the
license agreement.

Download and run the free version of Ad Aware from
          http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

Here is a tip. Fire up Ad Aware, download the latest update,
then boot into safe mode and run the Ad Aware scan.

And, once you are all cleaned up, stop using IE. You have a
target on your back! Try Firefox: it is twice as fast, has
tabbed browsing, and is security hardened (it is much harder
to accidentally pick up spyware).

If you suspect you still have a virus, take a trip over
to Housecall and run the on line scanner

          http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

If you decide to get Trends PC-cillian, I have had excellent
luck with it.
