Hi Kelly,
Thanks for your continued support and advice with this difficult problem.
I opened, printed and checked my system registry and found the save settings
on exit (Line 54) on your website to match those in my registry.
Apparently, that's not the problem. Regarding your question about which
third party desktop enhancer I'm using, I must apologize but I do not know
what a third party desktop enhancer is. Please be kind and explain, such
that I can accurately answer your question.
