Hi Nagler,

I have received the windows update.log.

However, the log is not very useful in this case.
I would like to confirm two factors:
1. Does this issue occur on all clients? If so, please gather the MPSreport
on both server and client side:
Please help me gather the MPSreport on the problematic machine. NOTE:
Please empty the event log first and then reproduce this issue to collect
the MPSreport.
915706/MPSRPT_SETUPPerf.EXE>

1) Double click this file to run it.
2) After that, please go to C:\windows\MPSReports\Setup\Reports\Cab .
3) Find a file named [COMPUTERNAME]_MPSReports.CAB
4) Send this cab file to me at v-rebc@microsoft.com
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.8:

-b037-18
5d0506396c&DisplayLang=en>

2. Double confirm if the update has been successfully download to the SUS
server.
3. Gather the RSOP as I have mentioned in the initial response on the client
4. On the client, open CMD and issue the command "gpresult >
c:\result.txt", please send me the c:\result.txt.
Issue another command "gpresult /v > c:\result-V.txt", send me the
result-v.txt

Please gather all info and send it to v-rebc@microsoft.com for research.

I appreciate your time to gather this info for further troubleshooting.

Best regards,

Rebecca Chen
