Sort of. Sometimes spyware doesn't remove cleanly and
you end up with a mess. However, at the very least you
can run it and see if there's anything there. If you
have reasonable browser settings, you'll probably be
clean anyway. If not, you might want to make a backup
first before telling it to fix things. The fix will work
the vast majority of the time but nothing is 100% and
those spyware authors are TRYING not to be removed.
