WinMe and WinXP have own drivers for USB mass storage devices (eg.
memory sticks). Usually, there is no need for installing an extra
driver. You may want to read:

Drivers for Win98/Win98SE can be found on the disk/CD coming along with
the memory stick and/or at the manufacturer's homepage. In case of
