Hi
Svchost is the program that regulates how programs connect to the
internet.
It sounds as though you have some spyware or malware on your PC.

I would like you to go here and download the following programs from
the links I post

Adaware SE :http://www.majorgeeks.com/download506.html
SpybotS&D : http://www.majorgeeks.com/download2471.html

Install those 2 programs and get their updates and run them.

with spybot S&D , don't forget to immunize your system after the
update
and then do scan

Another file that you should get ,that prevents the installation of
Malware
is SpywareBlaster from Javacool : http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/
again get the updates and run it.
