Start regedit.exe
Go to the key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon
Locate the value Shell, and replace the value data "explorer.exe"
with "cmd.exe"
