Windows Error

Windows XP Pro, 2.6 gHz processor, 1 Gig memory, 4 hard drives (2 on IDE, 2
on MB RAID), 2 CD/DVD Drives on IDE.
I started getting "General Protection Faule Error, please delete file."
during Windows start-up. Everything runs fine, but the question is what file
to delete?
  The placard that appears has the yellow triangle with the ! mark in the
triangle, and the blue title bar says "Windows Error"
Any information would be appreciated.
