There is lots of software, much of it freeware or shareware, that
lets you do things like this, not just for your E-mail address,
but for any text you type often. You'll probably get several
suggestions, but you can do your own Google search and find a
bunch to choose from. I use a little program called AllChars,
basically to make it easier to type international characters like
ç ñ and ü. But among its capabilities, it lets you create macros
that can be used in any application, so, for example, if I type
"/ms," I get "Microsoft," and if I type my initials "/kb," I get
my E-mail address.
