As I said, my problem is that the administrator of the computer cannot load
programs.
As I also said, other people have the same problem and there is no
resolution to their thread (request) either.
Since the knowledge base has no solutions, I am trying this source of
information.
All I am asking for is some utility or a patch/fix to allow my end user to
install programs.
This is not the first time (and I assume not the last) time I am going to be
frustrated by Microsoft.
When it works, it works great..
By the way, OEM installs do not get the same support as retail purchases.
