Be sure your LiveUpdate is NOT in interactive mode when attempting to
d/l WMI... (CONTROL PANEL/SYMANTEC LIVEUPDATE)

If you still are having problems, try installing the latest LiveUpdate
files (this new version cured several problems I had and seems much more
reliable):
